Job Title: Lettings Negotiator

A great new opportunity working in a high end Residential Lettings Agency in Glasgow! Our client is an established and prominent property company with a focus on delivering first class service to landlords and tenants. They are now looking to add to their team with the recruitment of an experienced Lettings Negotiator. This all round position will involve working in a professional office environment acting as a key point of contact for clients and management of all parts in the lettings process. Key duties will include: • Letting properties – marketing new stock, booking and carrying out viewings • Vetting potential tenants, negotiating leases and arranging tenancy agreements • Ensuring all properties are compliant with regulations • Liaising with colleagues regarding move in’s, inspections and check outs.. following up on any issues • Arranging repairs and maintenance, liaising with contractors + landlords/tenants • Resolving any complaints in a professional manner • Completing all connected admin including use of lettings software
Candidates for this position should have previous experience in residential lettings, good communication skills and a professional outlook. You should have knowledge of current property regulations, high levels of attention to detail and work well in a fast paced team environment. Permanent post working Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm – salary based on experience between £20-24k. Driving licence preferred.
