Job Title: Lettings Negotiator/Property Manager

Great chance to join a modern, forward thinking and busy property company as a Lettings Negotiator! My client has enjoyed rapid expansion over the last few years and now seeks to recruit a new member to their busy office in Glasgow as part of the Lettings team. This front of house role will involve negotiating new and existing lets, managing all repairs issues while building good relationships with landlords and tenants.
Key duties will include: • Working as part of professional team handling enquiries, co-ordinating viewings and negotiating both new and existing lets • Administering leases - new/renewals/extensions and processing notices to quit • Liaising with landlords and tenants developing strong relationships • Management of repairs and maintenance, liaising with contractors • Working as part of the branch team alongside colleagues in property inspections/viewings • All connected admin - updating lettings software, keeping hard copy files and ensuring all work is compliant with the ARLA code of conduct The successful candidate must have experience in residential lettings, preferably in a similar role. You should be a confident communicator with strong admin/IT abilities and a high level of attention to detail.
