Job Title: Credit Control Administrator - Maternity cover

An excellent opportunity to join a leading Property Management company in Glasgow city centre working as part of their friendly Credit Control Team!
Due to upcoming Maternity leave our client are now recruiting for a Credit Control Administrator for to join them for a period of 1 year.
Working for this long established firm you will enjoy a varied and fast paced Admin support role with duties including call handling, general administration and finance tasks
Key tasks will include:
• Taking calls from property owners, solicitors and lenders
• Processing payments from clients via card, and setting up direct debits/installment plans
• General admin support to Credit Controllers and Paralegals
• Monitoring instalment plans and standing orders via use of spreadsheets and software packages
• Processing invoices
• Chasing lenders for information
• Liaising with colleagues in other parts of the business via phone/email
Experience:
Candidates for this role should have proven experience in general administration and ideally have worked in a finance/accounts environment previously although training will be provided. It’s important that you have confident phone/communication skills, work well in a team environment and have an organised and professional approach. Solid all round IT abilities in the major software packages required.
Working hours 9am-5pm and based in the city centre of Glasgow.
