Job Title: Property Manager - Factoring

A great new opportunity to work with a market leading Property management company in their Edinburgh office! My client is one of the top Property Factors in Scotland and are now looking to recruit a Property Manager to their team in Edinburgh due to continued expansion... This role will involve managing a portfolio of new build and traditional residential property developments across Edinburgh and the East of Scotland ensuring a high level of customer service is provided to property owner clients. Key duties will include: Delivering a high quality property management service - acting as the main point of contact for clients and building strong relationships with both individual owners and residents associations Arranging and overseeing all reactive and planned maintenance work to common area’s of property developments - keeping clients fully updated at all times. Liaising with various contractors ensuring high standards of work is provided. Carrying out regular inspections of developments Conducting meetings with clients - property owners and/or residents associations Resolving any complaints in a professional fashion Management of all service contracts such as cleaning and gardening. All connected office based administration tasks

The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional outlook and have proven experience working in a similar role. Driving licence required but pool cars provided for use. Full time hours Mon-Frid 9am-5pm, permanent post.
