Job Title: Property Manager (Lettings) - Linlithgow

An excellent opportunity to join a market leading Property company in Linlithgow in a Senior role in their Lettings department!
This post will focus on management of all repairs and maintenance for an established lettings portfolio acting as a main point of contact for landlords, tenants and contractors – delivering high service levels and building strong client relationships.

Key duties will include:
• Instructing and overseeing reactive repairs and maintenance to properties under management
• Creating work orders and liaising with contractors from start to finish
• Managing planned maintenance/project work on behalf of landlords
• Ensuring all properties under management are fully compliant with regulations
• Running reports and passing invoices for payments
• Organising and carrying out routine property inspections
• Taking on new properties for management following tenancy creation
• Process check out reports and deposit refunds, corresponding with tenant deposit providers where required
• Being an active team player working alongside colleagues in Lettings and also the Estate Agency team
• Complaints handling and resolution in a professional manner
• All connected administration including use of property software
Experience:
Candidates for this position should have proven experience in a similar role within residential lettings or property management, excellent communication skills and a professional service driven approach. It’s important that you can confidently handle a busy workload and have a good grasp of all residential lettings regulations. Confident IT/admin abilities required in addition to a driving licence (access to pool cars provided).
