Job Title: Lettings Co-Ordinator

An excellent chance to join a successful and award winning Letting & Estate Agency in the South Side of Glasgow! Our client is now recruiting for an experienced ‘Lettings Co-Ordinator’ to join their friendly team in a busy branch environment. This varied role will be mainly office based and involve assisting clients with all parts of the lettings and sales process, key duties will include: • Sales/lettings phone calls • Setting up viewings • Selecting responsible, reliable tenants • Advising clients about the letting process and rents • Preparing tenancy agreements and inventories • Checking tenant references • Making sure all aspects of the letting meet legal requirements • Liaising with landlords and building strong relationships • Arranging for maintenance to be carried out • Working professionally with a wide range of people, such as solicitors, builders, cleaners and suppliers • Handling any problems/complaints in relation to properties, resolving Email/letter writing • these promptly • Keeping up-to-date with changes in the law related to lettings
The successful candidate should have good communication skills, confident admin abilities and previous experience in a similar role. It’s important you have a solid understanding of all current property regulations in relation to lettings and sales. Permanent post working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm – salary based on experience between £18-21k.
