Our client is a market leading Property Management company who due to continued expansion are now looking to recruit a Property Manager to look after a portfolio of residential developments as part of a growing office. This company have big plans for the next few years so this role will suit someone who is keen to have future career prospects and enjoys a hands on position. Your role will involve providing a professional Property Factoring service to property owners across the local area with key duties including: Acting as the main point of contact for owners, residents associations and contractors across a varied portfolio of new build and traditional property developments Overseeing all reactive and planned maintenance to developments– instructing work, co-ordinating contractors and project managing start to finish Carrying out regular property inspections across the portfolio Building client relationships via face to face meetings, resolving any complaints All connected administration, written correspondence and organisation of a busy desk
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role although other backgrounds will be considered. It’s essential you’ve worked in the property industry and have good communication skills, are well organised and have a service focussed approach. Confident admin and IT abilities required together with a full driving licence, company/pool car will be provided. Full time permanent post working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with a requirement to do evening meetings when required (£50 paid per meet).
