Job Title: Property Administrator (Commercial Property)

A great new Admin support opportunity working in the Commercial Property market with a friendly and busy company in Glasgow city centre! Due to continued growth our client are now looking to recruitment a Property Administrator to their friendly office - this varied role will involve providing general administration support to a small professional team ensuring deadlines are met and high levels of service are provided to their clients. Key duties will include: • Taking telephone calls from clients and contractors in a professional manner • Emailing, updating databases and some typing • Printing and collating reports, scanning and filing • Posting invoices to databases • Contacting suppliers regarding copy invoices, reports etc • Occasional visits to properties with Surveyors
Candidates for this position should have good office administration experience, professional telephone skills and be able to work confidently in a busy team environment. Property experience is an advantage but isn’t required with full training provided. It’s important that you have solid IT abilities in all the major software packages. Permanent position working 9am-5pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour lunch.
