Job Title: Property Manager - Residential Lettings

An excellent new opportunity to progress your career in Lettings with a leading property company in the Finnieston area of Glasgow! This well established Letting Agency are now recruiting for a Property Manager to join their team mainly focusing on repairs and maintenance in relation to their large portfolio of properties. You’ll act as a key point of contact for landlords, tenants and contractors providing excellent customer service and forming strong relationships. Key duties will include: Responding to a high volume of maintenance requests on a daily basis via email and phone, organising and prioritising your workload effectively Taking ownership of repairs from start to finish – instructing contractors and giving regular updates to tenants and landlords Liaising with landlords for job approval and obtaining quotes for works, arranging landlord payments via accounts department Communicating with property factors in relation to common area repairs and insurance claims Responding to and resolving any complaints All connected administration tasks – logging information on property software
Candidates for this position should have experience in residential lettings, excellent communication skills and a professional service driven approach. It’s important that you can confidently handle a busy workload and have a good grasp of all residential lettings regulations.
