Job Title: Property Manager (Residential Lettings)

A great chance to join a well established and growing Property Lettings company in Glasgow as a Property Manager! My client is a forward thinking and dynamic property business with exciting plans to expand in the next 2 years – as a result they are now looking to recruit an additional Property Manager to their team overseeing a portfolio of good quality rental properties across Glasgow. This varied and hands on position will involve acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants in your portfolio providing the highest levels of service by overseeing all lettings and property management tasks. Key duties will include: • Managing all day to day issues in relation to your portfolio – liaising in a professional manner with landlords, tenants and contractors • Marketing and letting new and existing properties – carrying out viewings, vetting tenants and processing new tenancies • Resolving all maintenance issues efficiently in liaison with various contractors and ensuring properties are compliant with all regulations • Working as a team alongside viewing agent, inventory clerks, admin and accounts • Managing change of tenancy, liaising with landlords on refurbishments and repairs • All connected office-based administration, use of lettings software (Winman)
Candidates for this position should have experience in residential lettings, a professional approach and excellent communication skills. It’s important that you enjoy providing good customer service, are well organised and work well as part of a team. Working hours 9am-5pm Monday to Friday with excellent salary package and company car on offer.
