Job Title: New Business Co-Ordinator (Property Factoring)

A fantastic opportunity to work in a newly created position within a market leading Property company in Edinburgh as part of their New Business team. This unique role will involve acting as a key point of contact for Property Developer and Builder clients as part of this long established Property Factoring firm. Your remit will be to build relationship with developers across Scotland, hand-over new developments to property management teams and work closely with Directors in identifying/winning new business. If you have experience in the New Homes industry or Property Factoring this is a great career move which offers a varied and enjoyable role in a professional working environment, key duties will include: • Work closely with Directors in building strong relationships with existing and new Property Developers/Housebuilders across Scotland – acting as a key point of contact for clients and their sales teams • Assisting with integration of new property developments to the companies portfolio - ensuring a smooth handover service, acting as a link between Developers and Property Managers • Helping identify, source and track new business opportunities – liaising with Directors in relation to marketing initiatives • Carry out meetings on site, attend industry events and represent the firm in a professional manner • All office based administration and use of CRM
Candidates for this position should be strong communicators with a good knowledge of the property industry and a professional approach. Sales/marketing experience would be an advantage together with excellent all round organisational skills. It’s essential you take pride in providing high service levels are smartly presented. Driving licence required but pool cars provided for use. Working hours 9am-5pm Monday to Friday based in the city centre of Edinburgh.
