My client is enjoying an exciting period of growth and due to increased number of properties under management is now looking to recruit a professional and ambitious Lettings Negotiator to their team. This fast paced and client facing position offers the chance to be involved with letting some of the most prestigious premium properties in Glasgow while being part of the companies continued growth with prospects to management level.. Your role will focus on managing the lettings process from start to finish, acting as a key point of contact for landlords and tenants while ensuring the highest levels of service are provided. Key duties will include: • Overseeing the letting of properties – marketing, fielding enquiries, vetting tenants and negotiating lets • Building strong landlord relationships and providing advice around refurbishments and rental levels • Guiding tenants through the rental process and managing the lease administration • Organising inspections and check in/out’s, ensuring property compliance is met • Working as a valuable team player alongside colleagues in other areas of the business
Candidates for this position should have experience in residential lettings, a professional outlook and have excellent organisational + communication skills. It’s important you are service focussed, well presented and can in a busy team environment. Confident IT and admin abilities required. Working hours 9am-5pm Monday to Friday with 1 in 4 Saturdays on a rota basis (paid overtime). Permanent post with company pension and car parking available.
