Job Title: Property Manager (Factoring)

Job Location: Glasgow

A great new opportunity to work with a leading Property management company in their Glasgow office! My client is a successful Property firm who due to continued growth and new business are looking to recruit an experienced Property Manager to their Factoring team. This role will involve managing a portfolio of new build and traditional residential property developments across Glasgow and the West of Scotland ensuring a high level of service is provided to owners. Key duties will include: • Acting as the main point of contact for property owners - building strong relationships with individual owners and residents associations • Arranging and overseeing all reactive and planned maintenance work to common area’s of property developments • Liaising with various contractors ensuring high standards of work is provided. • Carrying out meetings with owners and/or residents associations • Carrying out inspections at developments • Resolving any complaints • Management of all service contracts • All connected office based administration tasks

The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional outlook and have proven experience working in Property Management. A Factoring background is an advantage but candidates from other areas of property may be considered. It’s essential that you can organise a busy workload, operate well under pressure and have confident IT/admin abilities. Driving licence required but pool cars provided for use. Full time hours Mon-Frid 9am-5pm, permanent post.
