Our client is now recruiting for a New Homes Sales Negotiator to market and sell a variety of prestigious developments across Scotland working Monday to Friday from their offices in Glasgow.. This fast paced and enjoyable role will involve all part of the sales process ensuring a high level of service is provided to buyers and developer clients, key duties to include: • Professionally handling all enquiries, marketing properties and matching buyers to available stock • Managing a buyer database – building relationships with clients and promoting incentives • Arranging viewings and conducting follow ups • Securing sales and overseeing the sales process to completion/handover • Working as a team alongside colleagues in other areas of the business • Meeting sales targets and objectives • All connected administration tasks
Candidates should have experience in Property sales and ideally have worked in the New Homes industry. It’s essential that you have proven sales and marketing skills, can manage your own workload and have confident negotiation abilities. You should be well spoken with a professional outlook and enjoy working as a team. Permanent and full-time post working 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday. Driving licence required.
