If you enjoy providing good customer service, are a people person and have a passion for property and buildings then this could be an excellent opportunity… Our client is a leading Property Management company who now have an opening for an Assistant Property Manager to join a team managing residential property developments across Glasgow. Working in a professional office environment your key duties will include: • Assisting with the management of property developments - handling a high volume of daily calls and emails, setting up repairs, gathering quotes and providing good service to property owners • Liaising with contractors and other property professionals to organise maintenance • Project management of major works and all follow ups • Accompanying Property Managers to property developments to meet clients and carry out inspections of common areas • Resolving any complaints in a professional manner • Being a team player working closely with colleagues in other areas of the business • All connected office admin, written communications, finance tasks and database records
A property background isn’t essential for this role - you must however have proven experience in an office environment, excellent customer service skills and be well spoken/presented. You should have a confident telephone manner, enjoy problem solving and be able to organise and manage a busy workload. Full training will be provided as part of the role. A driving licence is preferred, pool cars provided. Salary £18k, working 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, permanent position.
