My client is a leading upmarket property company who are now looking to recruit a professional Maintenance Co-ordinator based in Glasgow.
This newly created role is due to continued expansion therefore is an excellent opportunity to join a successful company with modern offices and a highly professional team.
Your role will be focussed on providing landlords and tenants with a slick and friendly property management service - main duties will include:
Arranging repairs and maintenance on properties
Liaising with landlords, contractors and tenants face to face, via phone & email
Keeping all parties updated throughout the process with an emphasis on providing a high level of customer service
Arranging check outs and inspections
Handling check out and inspection reports - actioning any repairs and deposit refunds
Working alongside the letting, admin and accounts teams
Ensuring all properties are compliant with regards to EPC's, Gas Safeties etc
Managing any larger scale refurbishments, repairs and insurance claims
Liaising with property factors on behalf of landlords
Experience:
To be considered you must have previous lettings experience on the property management side, excellent communication skills with proven abilities in managing a busy workload in an organised fashion. It is essential you take provide in providing a high level of client service.
