Great new opportunity to join an expanding Property company in their Edinburgh office! This fast paced position will involve being an important part of the lettings team working alongside accounts, management and maintenance to ensure landlords receive a high quality service. This friendly company can offer you a modern working environment and the chance to help them expand the business further across Edinburgh. Main duties will include: Marketing new and existing properties handling enquiries face to face, via phone and email Arranging and conducting viewings Vetting prospective tenants and carrying out lease signings Co-ordinating move ins and transfer of utilities/council tax Liaising with maintenance and accounts teams regarding any issues Acting as point of contact for landlords and tenants, building good relationships Carrying out routine inspections when required This is a fantastic chance to progress your career with an attractive salary package on offer.
Experience:
Candidates should have 1-2 years previous lettings experience + good all round sales and customer service skills. You should be well presented and spoken with the ability to work in a hands on team environment. Driving licence required, car preferred although company car may be offered.
