This newly created role will involve being the first point of contact for vendors and buyers therefore will suit someone who is well spoken and smartly presented with polished communication skills.PREVIOUS ESTATE AGENCY EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL.
My client sells properties at the top end of the residential market in some of the most desirable areas of West Central Scotland therefore you can expect an enjoyable and varied role with good career prospects to move into a Sales Negotiator and/or Office Managers position.
As part of their team your role will involve duties relating to all parts of the sales process - this will include:
Handling calls, emails and face to face property enquiries
Marketing new properties in window display, online and via mailshot
Arranging and following up viewings
Conducting viewings where required
Updating internal files and databases with client information
Helping produce sales brochures
Admin support to Valuer and Negotiator - typing letters, filing, faxing
General sales admin - helping market and promote the company in the local area
Experience:
To be considered candidates should have around 1 years previous estate agency experience, excellent customer service skills and solid all round admin and IT skills. Previous knowledge of estate agency software desirable - driving licence preferred.
